1. Scope of Policy
This Policy applies to all services provided by 2030Designs, including, but not limited to, graphic design, branding, web design, and digital content creation.
Due to the bespoke nature of creative work, all services rendered are final and non-refundable except as outlined below.
2. Cancellation Terms
- Prior to Commencement of Work:
If the Client cancels the project before work has commenced, a full refund may be issued, provided the request is made within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
- Post-Commencement of Work:
If work has begun, including activities such as concept development, meetings, or drafts, the Client may be eligible for a partial refund.
A minimum 30% non-refundable deposit of the total project fee applies once work has commenced.
3. Revisions and Amendments
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as agreed upon in the service contract or proposal.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur additional charges at the Company’s standard hourly rate.
- After final approval, any new changes requested will be treated as a new project and billed separately.
4. Refunds After Final Delivery
Following the Client’s approval of the final deliverables:
- Refunds will not be issued based on subjective dissatisfaction or changes of preference.
- Corrections to technical errors (such as typos or discrepancies from the approved brief) will be made at no additional cost, provided they are reported within seven (7) days of delivery.
5. Non-Delivery of Services
In the event that 2030Designs cannot fulfill the agreed services due to unforeseen circumstances (such as emergencies, illness, or force majeure events):
- A full or partial refund will be issued, proportionate to the amount of work completed.
- Alternative options, such as project rescheduling or delegation to a third-party subcontractor (with the Client’s consent), may also be offered.
